Setting control on cnc with focas library
Hi, Is possible to set control on Fanuc machine with focas library? Ex. switching from MDI to Memory mode or to Edit mode?

Sorry for the late reply. I've been rather busy as of late. I'm regard to what you are attempting to do, it isn't possible by default. What I mean is that Fanuc does not allow Focas to edit the mode.
With that being said, it is possible if you know how to write ladder logic. One workaround is to tie the addresses for the modes to relays.
If you don't know how to write ladder logic, then I believe that Fanuc offers an option that can be purchased that will allow you to change the modes through software. However, I am not sure what that option is or how much it costs. But you can call Fanuc to get that information. I hope this helps.
